The Datang Dongying Power Generation Project, which is the first one in the world to adopt the integrated and innovative "six cylinder and six exhaust steam" technology, has been put into operation successfully in Dongying, Shandong Province, after 168 hours of full-load commissioning. Yesterday (11) evening, the project put into operation successfully.
The Datang Dongying Power Generation Project, located in Dongying Port Economic Development Zone of Dongying City, Shandong Province, is a key energy project of the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula and the High-Efficiency Eco-economic Zone of the Yellow River Delta, with a total investment of 9.154 billion yuan and a construction of 2 1 million kilowatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generating units in Phase I.
Compared with the traditional five-cylinder and four-exhaust steam technology, the six-cylinder and six-exhaust steam technology adopted in the Datang Dongying Project minimizes the heat energy loss in unit operation and improves the power generation efficiency. It is the power unit with the largest number of cylinders and the lowest coal consumption among the millions of coal-fired power units in service. The project uses desalination technology to solve the water consumption problem of the project, which can save more than 2 million tons of fresh water each year and effectively promote the intensive conservation and utilization of water resources of the Yellow River.
The project is expected to generate 11 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity per year with an annual output value of 4.389 billion yuan. It is of great significance to increase the proportion of large units in Shandong Power Grid, reduce the environmental pollution per kilowatt unit, promote the upgrading of local industry, save energy and reduce emission.
